- Do you have pets? If so, how many and how big are they?
- Do you want to have a garage? If so, would you prefer a one or two car garage?
- Are you interested in investment or short term rental properties?
- Are you interested in waterfront or golf course communities?
- Do you want to have your own boat slip?
- Are you preapproved for a mortgage? If not, would you like a referral to a local lender?
- Are you moving here from another area or are you already living here locally?
- When do you need to have your purchase completed by?
- Do you want to be near schools, shopping, recreation?
