Pat was a great person to work with. I feel we actually became friends during the entire process. He truly made me feel he was looking out for my best interest, Pat always returned phone calls, he gave me honest opinions, I never felt pressured, and being new to the area, it was nice knowing someone who had in depth knowledge of Hilsbourgh and Pinellas county's. He gladly showed me all properties I requested, and accommodated my schedule. I now consider him "my realtor" and would highly recommend Pat to family and friends or anyone who is in the market.

Patrick was instrumental in finding our forever home. Patrick was recommended to by a relative as someone we could trust to help us when we arrived from Connecticut. That certainly was true. He helped us all through our move from Connecticut to Apollo Beach. Even answering questions while he was at the beach with his family.

Pat helped us find our first home and guided us through it all. We got married in the middle of looking and Pat was always there if we needed him. He was incredibly patient and gave great advice since we were first-time homebuyers. He was not going to give up until we found something and we did! I couldn't have had a better experience. Patrick is knowledgeable, dependable, patient, and a wonderful person. I was searching for a home for 6 months and he was there every step of the way. Two days before my closing, something came up with my house and Patrick was there at 7am to resolve the issue. If you don't have Patrick as your realtor, you wish you did.

If we could of rated 6 stars we would of! Pat was excellent and amazing. We were privileged to have an opportunity to work with such a great realtor and person. He is super knowledgeable, efficient, and an expert in his field. We never had any worries working with Pat he took care of everything and guided us with his expertise. He was always there for us at anytime and he made the process for us smooth & effective. We will definitely be referring Pat to friends and family and we know without doubt that he's our realtor for any future endeavors.

Pat was an awesome realtor. Our intital phone call he got to know us, what areas we liked, what we were looking for in a home, etc. It was very reassuring to have a realtor who listened to us but also gave his opinion since we didn’t know all the areas. We lived in CA about a month before we moved to FL and Pat stayed in touch and sent me houses that were on the market that met our criteria. When we finally moved to FL we looked at houses together and he was very knowledgeable about the area and what things to look for. It was a breathe of fresh air to not feel like we were trying to be sold but that he truly wanted to find us our dream home. Pat was very patient and trustworthy. He was always available to talk, his response time was on point, super organized and dependable. He ended up finding us our dream home in less than a week and he made the process so smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Pat for anyone looking to sell or buy a home. He has an awesome team of people which made the entire process so amazing. Now we can call Pat our friend and not just our realtor!

This is the 2nd house I have purchased. Nothing bad to say about the 1st purchase with a different realtor. What a difference I experienced with Pat though. Pat is the BEST realtor I have ever met. He made the entire process easy, and had my best interests in mind. He is honest and doesn't stop working. He was available every time I called, or got back to me immediately. His knowledge about the industry is impressive, and is only exceeded by the effort he puts in to make sure you get a great deal on the right home. We had many hurdles to overcome in my specific scenario. Pat took on the challenge at every turn. He always had a plan, and it worked out as he said it would. I attribute this to his knowledge, his work ethic, and his desire to serve you. Just to give some perspective... I don't recommend people for services unless they are truly outstanding. This is only the 2nd review I have written for anyone, ever. I know at least 10 friends who are realtors and none of them could compete with Pat's service he provided. We started working with Pat from California six months before our move to Florida. He established daily-updated MLS searches based on our needs/wants and we stayed in communication via email and phone. We were able to make two visits to FL and both times he was at the ready with appointments lined up and property listings in hand. We changed focus from the first visit to the second, going from beach living condo-style to residential marina life-style, and he never missed a beat. We found our dream home on the second visit and closed in 30 days! The key to our cross-county house hunting success was Pat’s unrelenting determination and teamwork. He is honest, hardworking, always available for his clients, and he steps in whenever needed (he did our final inspection as we were still in California). He is also kind and truly wants his clients to be happy. I can’t praise Patrick enough, he really is THE BEST! Pat gave 100% of his time, answering calls, texts and emails immediately and following up on our questions/issues within the day. During viewings, he was often the first to point out issues in the condition of the roofs, windows, seawalls, issues with floor pitch, cracks in walls, foundation.. even on the sidewalk (noting that there’s an app for the city to come out and repair…). He never sold the house but rather ‘showed’ the house with his recommendations and comments. His honesty, attention to detail, hard work and dedication is second to none. When we found ‘the one’, he’d already done his homework, ensuring our offer was accurate and appropriate. A true gentleman and professional! He’s the nicest guy out there, but don’t let him fool you, he’s a bulldog when he needs to be. Thank you Pat, we look forward to celebrating with you once we complete our cross-country journey!!!
