I picked Patrick based on a phone call from out of state when I was looking to move back to Florida after a 30 year absence. I could not have made a better choice. Patrick worked with my family, showing them places that either I had selected from on line views or they thought that I might like. His patience, was awesome as was his helpfulness. In my experience, it’s not often that a referral works out. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case with Patrick Bartlett. When my wife I started looking for a home, our first, Patrick came aboard and immediately gave us the brass tacks version of what to expect. Patrick is a excellent Realtor. His professional commitment to the field of Realty keeps the buyer informed of the properties qualities as well as informed of any issues which may occur. As a buyer from another state, Patrick virtually visited several properties and showed us virtually the properties in detail. Negotiation skills

We are relocating from a different state and Patrick helped us tremendously with his knowledge of Florida. He was always quick to respond to our emails and always made himself available with little notice when we wanted to see a property. He even negotiated with the builder to provide us funding for a washer and dryer as well as doing the walk-thru with us to identify anything that needed repair! He went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Patrick!
