My fiancée and I were looking to purchase our first home and had heard great things about Patrick from friends that had worked with him previously. Shortly after emailing Patrick, we set up a 30min phone conversation to go over our "wants" in a house. He was very professional but also laid back with the way he spoke to us. Since my fiancée and I are in our early 20s, it was comforting that Patrick spoke to and treated us like adults rather than assuming we were just young kids browsing houses. We told Patrick about what we did and did not want in a house and he even asked us questions that we hadn't even thought of (like finding a house that was not in a flood zone). He then sent us over an online client portal with all of our desired features and a narrowed down list of houses and such that fit the criteria. My fiancée and I looked through the houses that matched our needs and picked our favorites. Exactly 1 week later Patrick, my fiancée and I looked at a total of 10 different houses. He made us aware of what to look for in terms of positives and negatives and thinking long term. Patrick didn't just open the front door and say, "have a look around." No, he walked us through each room while giving us information about the surrounding communities, current owner, any issues reported, and so much more. It really made us feel comfortable knowing that he was as invested as we were. Once we had decided on the perfect house, Patrick immediately went to work on his side all the way until we officially closed. We could tell that Patrick was a very hands-on realtor and treated each of his clients as if they were his own kids. Patrick was in constant communication with us, the mortgage company, and anyone else that needed to be contacted during the whole process. Another driving force behind the process was Patrick's mortgage company referral which gave us the same treatment and care as Patrick himself. Currently, my fiancée and I are transitioning from apartment living to being homeowners and are even more excited than we were during our first phone call with Patrick. After our first attempt at home buying fell through on our part, Pat stuck with us and kept in touch. 2 years later we tried again. Pat went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. He's honest and tells you exactly what he thinks about each and every property. He listens to what you are looking for and doesn't try to push you into something that you don't want. Pat is very patient, professional, courteous, and responsive and catered to our home buying needs! He did a lot of research on our behalf as our search was certainly a bit of a unique circumstance in that we were located in NY and wanted to house hunt in Florida – needless to say coordination was key, and Pat was up to the challenge! He added us to the MLS listing, sending us homes to view over the internet. Pat made himself available to visit homes based on our travel schedule, and set up MANY appointments....I think we looked at about 50 houses, but it may have been even more! Based on what we saw and learned from Pat about the homes during our first ‘marathon’ of home appointments, we changed our search criteria several times. Believe me when I tell you this never deterred Pat at all!!! He is very patient and listens to be sure he has the key factors you are looking for in a home. He will not try to push you into something that doesn’t fit your needs….making his client’s happy is of utmost importance to him! Pat responds very quickly to emails, phone calls, and text messages! Once we found our forever home, Pat negotiated on our behalf, and was with us through the entire bid to close process, resulting in a closing within approximately 30 days!! He did not hesitate to make calls if things we slowing down with the parties involved, always making sure they had what they needed. Pat has a large network and recommended an excellent home inspector and assisted with getting our home owners insurance. We highly recommend Pat for your home buying or selling needs. He is extremely honest and cares about his clients!!! Thanks to Pat we found the most amazing home!!

This is our second time that we have used Patrick, and we are even more impressed with him this time around. As usual, he went above and beyond for my husband and I to make sure everything behind the scenes went smoothly. There were many things we didn’t even realize that he did for us until after the deal was over. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Patrick as both buyers and sellers of two recent properties. In both instances, Pat went above and beyond what was expected of a realtor. He was always very informative, and in the rare instances he did not have an immediate answer to any of our very specific questions, he was able to quickly and efficiently get us the information we were seeking, usually within a few hours or sooner.
